RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- We accept refunds or exchanges on items purchased at full price within 7 days of purchase. All customers wishing to return or exchange an item must notify us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Items being sent back for refund or exchange must be done so via registered post at the expense of the customer. In the case of an exchange, the customer must include a pre-paid shipping envelope with the item being exchanged.
- All items must be packed carefully to avoid any damage as items damaged in any way will not be accepted for issue of refund or exchange.
- Refund or exchange will not occur until item has been received and checked by a member of our team. Please note: refund amount does not include any shipping costs.
- All sale and promo code items are 'final sale' and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- If your item is within 6 months of purchase and you find it to have a manufacturing fault please contact us via email to email@example.com with detailed description and clear photographs of the issue.
- Our team will look at each case on an individual basis and choose the best course of action - whether to repair, refund or replace.
- Wear and tear is normal and is not considered a fault and will not be eligible for refund. Our items can be delicate and should be handled, stored and cleaned carefully.
